1 bunch chickweed
2 tablespoons Italian parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup nuts (I use peanuts and almonds)
1 clove minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Process herbs and all other ingredients in food processor.
Keeps in refrigerator for up to 4 days
Add parmesan cheese to taste
